The
bureaucracy of a state or country depends beside other matters strongly
on the size of the parliaments and their number of members, and thus
influences the inertia of the bureaucracy. A good overview shows a

the E.U.
Bureaucracy
inhibits economic growth, in particular due to higher expenditure for
